To provide a rolling bearing capable of reducing volatilization amount of basic oil, operating stably even under severe use conditions such as high temperature, high speed, high load, and violent vibration for a long time, and reducing the occurrence of abnormal sound even when using it at a low temperature, and being suitable for use in, in particular, a gas compressor for a fuel cell system and to provide the gas compressor for a fuel electric amount system provided with the rolling bearing and operating stably for a long time and the fuel cell system provided with the gas compressor and capable of generating electricity stably for a long time.
This rolling bearing holds a plurality of rolling bodies between an inner ring and an outer ring so as to roll freely and grease is sealed in it. The basic oil of grease contains alkyl substitution product of diphenylsulfide at a ratio of 30 mass % or more of the whole basic oil, and thickener is urea compound. The gas compressor for a fuel cell provided with the rolling bearing and the fuel cell system provided with the gas compressor are provided.
