Abstract:
To provide a rolling bearing for an insert bearing unit which can exert a retention effect of a setscrew without increasing the number of part items, and also without causing the complication of processing by devising a setscrew engagement screw hole which is formed at an inner ring.SOLUTION: A setscrew engagement screw hole 8 formed at an inner ring 3 is inclined in a direction in which an inner end of the screw hole 8 approximates an end face of the inner ring 3 at a screw hole formation side with respect to a reference line L orthogonal to an axial core of a rolling bearing, the screw hole 8 is formed of an outside-diameter side screw part 8a and an inside-diameter side screw part 8b continuing thereto, and a pitch P1 of a screw thread of the outside-diameter side screw part 8a and a pitch P2 of a screw thread of the inside-diameter side screw part 8b are made to differ from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
