Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reliable rolling bearing to maintain dusting and rotation torque at a low level and reduce the generation of noise in terms of noise and to provide a method for assembling the bearing. SOLUTION: A ball holder 5 is provided to rotatably hold a plurality of balls 4 rotating in a state to make contact with a bearing raceway surface. When filling with greases 8a and 8b for lubrication is effected, the greases are fed on the ball holder 5 in a position wherein the ball holder makes no direct contact and also fed to a position where direct contact with the raceway surfaces of the ball or the inner and outer rings is performed. A filling amount of the grease 8b making direct contact with the ball is set to 30% or less of a seal amount of a whole grease feed part.
