Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the assembling of a bearing equipped with two bearing rings.SOLUTION: A fastening member 4 made from a thermal contraction resin material contracting in a diametrical direction when heated is adopted. Two bearing rings 1, 1 are respectively provided with outer peripheral end portions 12 of shapes having outer diameter difference. The two bearing rings 1, 1 are butted in an axial direction on respective end surfaces 10, 10. A fastening member 4 disposed so as to surround a part between the respective outer peripheral end portions 12, 12 of the bearing rings 1, 1 is heated. The respective outer peripheral end portions 12, 12 is locked to the fastening member 4 in a contraction state in the diametrical direction, thereby uniting the two bearing rings 1, 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
