To provide a rolling bearing for actualizing relatively slight turn by increasing the rotating resistance when the rotating speed is increased with external force applied thereto, to suppress vibration resulting from the external force, and reducing the rotating resistance when the rotating speed is low on the contrary.

The rolling bearing 10 includes an outer ring 11 having an outer ring raceway 19, an inner ring 12 having an inner ring raceway 20 opposed to the outer ring raceway 19, and a plurality of balls 13 rollingly provided between the outer ring raceway 19 and inner ring raceway 20. In an annular pace 15 between the outer ring 11 and inner ring 12, first and second opposed faces 43, 44 are provided opposed to each other at a clearance t1 and relatively rotated with the relative rotation of the outer ring 11 and the inner ring 12. In the clearance t1, viscous fluid 50 is filled whose shearing resistance is increased with an increase in the speed of the relative rotation of the first and second opposed faces 43, 44.
