Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix a seal member for closing a lateral opening in a bearing space of a rolling bearing with respect to an outer ring.SOLUTION: A rolling bearing includes: an outer ring 1 fixed in a housing 11; an inner ring 2 opposing to the outer ring 1; an annular seal member 40 for covering a lateral opening D of a bearing space between the outer ring 1 and the inner ring 2; an oil passage 12 for a lubrication oil arranged along an axial direction between an inner diameter surface of the housing 11 and an outer diameter surface of the outer ring 1; a spacer 6 arranged adjacent to the axial direction the other side of the outer ring 1; a connection piece 80 for entering the oil passage 12 and fixing the seal member 40 to the outer ring 1; an inner diameter side protrusion part 83 provided at the connection piece 80 and entering a slip prevention recess 50 formed between the outer ring 1 and the spacer 6; and a first outer diameter side protrusion part 84 provided at the connection piece 80, and coming into contact with an internal wall of the oil passage 12. The first outer diameter side protrusion part 84 is located further on the axial direction the other end side than an end surface 6a of the axial direction the other end side of a slip prevention recess 50 with which the inner diameter side protrusion part 83 comes into contact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
