The seal member 5 is fixed to an outer ring 2 at its base end and has a seal lip 7e at its tip. The tip of the seal lip 7e is composed of a high-wear material which has a cross section along the inner face of the seal groove 1b, and in which the whole face of a portion entering the seal groove 1b is brought into a non-contact state by being worn by the use of the bearing in a rotation state or brought into a light-contact state at a level at which contact pressure can be deemed zero.
