To obtain a long service life of rolling bearing even in the use under extremely high or low temperature condition, in water, under vacuum or the like by forming a spacer or a cage provided if necessary, of material with self-lubricating ability.
An outer ring 1 and an inner ring 2 are formed of SUJ2, and a rolling element 3 has an antimony impregnated graphite coat, a solid lubricant cost, formed on the surface of a ball formed of SUJ2. Spacers 4 are cylindrical bodies formed of antimony impregnated graphite and alternately arranged between the rolling elements 3. In the initial use period of a bearing, sufficient lubricating action can be outlined by the solid lubricant coat, and in the case of the solid lubricant coat being consumed die to the long service time of the bearing, a solid lubricant forming the spacer 4 sufficiently adheres to the rolling element 3 and is fed also to the inner and outer raceway surface so as to be able to obtain lubricating action by the solid lubricant over many hours.
