To provide a rolling block for rolling a wire rod, steel bar, tube or flat metallic material to be rolled which has some changeable roll stands which are arranged in order along a rolling line and respectively provided with many rolls and is held with many C-shaped frames with which the roll stands are arranged approximate and in order.

The rolling block has the roll stands 2 corresponding to the number of the C-shaped frames 4 equivalent to the number of the roll stands 2, common stand housing 9 is provided leaving an interval from these frames 4 on the drive side of these frames 4, forward driving interlocking mechanism 8 on the front side faced to the C-shaped frames 4 of the stand housing 9 and driving motors 11 which are connected to the forward driving interlocking mechanisms 8 on the back side of the opposite side to the C-shaped frames 4 and the stand housing are respectively changeably fixed and the interval between the stand housing 9 and the C-shaped frames 4 is bridges with the axial line with which the forward rising interlocking mechanisms 8 and the C-shaped frames 4 are connected to each other.
