A lower roll 11 providing a horizontal driving shaft 23 is connected so as to be possible to engage/disengage with the shaft 18 of the distributing transmission device 13. Both other rolls 11 have driving shafts 23 diagonally positioned and the shafts thereof are connected with the distributing transmission devices 13 through clutches 24 easily possible to engage/disengage as the same way as the horizontal driving shaft 23. In the connecting shafts 26, the deflecting transmission devices 30 are provided, and face gears 32 engaged with spur gears 31 provided with involute gears, are arranged so as to be impossible to rotate on a driven shaft 25. The connecting shafts 26 have the fixed bearings 38 in the range of the distributing transmission device 13, and on the other hand, movable bearings 34 are arranged in the range of the deflecting transmission devices 30. At the time of changing the length of connecting shaft 26, only the gear 31 is shifted and this shifting can be executed without defect in the developed length changing range.
