Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gaps for rolling elements within a load region in order to eliminate conflict occurring among the rolling elements in a rolling device.
SOLUTION: The revolution speed of the rolling elements is reduced by once increasing the contact angle in the rolling groove to bring the rolling elements into contact or closer to each other, then gaps are formed between the rolling elements which enter the load region in the following ways (1), (2). (1) The rolling elements are slightly pinched by a pair of rolling grooves, and the rolling elements in contact with each other are sent out by the relative movement of the transfer groove, and at the same time, the contact angle of the transfer groove is continuously reduced to generate operational slide, so that the revolution speed of the rolling elements entering the load region is increased. (2) The rolling elements are rolled out along the transfer groove which shows a continuous reduction in the contact angle, so that the energy of rotation of the rolling elements is partly converted to the energy of the revolution to increase the revolution speed of the rolling elements entering the load region.
