To provide a rolling device with a sensor and a method of manufacturing the rolling device with the sensor having no restrictions on a sensor mounting position, durable and capable of improving detecting performance of temperature abnormality, vibration and damage in the rolling device.
The bearing 20 with the temperature sensor comprises a plurality of rolling elements 24 disposed between an outer ring 22 and an inner ring 21, and the temperature sensor 10. The temperature sensor has a film-like substrate formed of heat resistant resin; a film-like temperature sensor part formed on the substrate; a film-like cover formed of heat resistant resin and provided to cover the temperature sensor part; and a wiring mounting part formed by exposing a part of the temperature sensor part on the surface of the cover. The substrate and the cover are mounted to abut on a bearing part 27.
