The rolling device is provided with a mechanical reduction (accelerating) gear machine 9 to output from the output shafts 9d, 9e by dividing the output of a motor 8 with each different change gear ratio and rolling units 6, 7 and 14 having two or three-gang rolling roll pairs and a second power transmission means to input motive energy divided by the mechanical reduction (accelerating) gear machine 9 from the input shafts and to distribute the energy to rolling roll pairs by each different change gear ratio. One or two rolling roll units is/are chosen from the rolling units 6, 7 and 14, and the input shaft of the second power transmission means of the rolling unit is connected with the output shaft 9d or 9e.
