Abstract:
To provide a long-life rolling device hardly causing damage of a raceway surface.
At least one of the raceway surface 1a of the inner ring 1 of a conical rolling bearing and the raceway surface 2a of the outer ring 2 thereof is finished by projecting substantially spherical ceramic particles having an average particle diameter of 200 m or smaller, surface roughness Ra is set to not less than 0.04 m nor more than 0.25 m, and surface residual stress is set to not less than -1400 MPa nor more than -900 MPa. After projecting the ceramic particles, solid carbon dioxide powder may be projected.
