To provide a rolling device that is excellent in corrosion resistance enough not to rust even when installed in an environment in contact with water containing salt or in an environment where moistening and drying are repeated.
At least one of a guide rail 1, a slider 2 and a rolling element 3 constituting a linear guide is made of martensitic stainless steel having carbon content of ≥0.1 and ≤0.35 mass%, chromium content of ≥12.8 mass%, molybdenum content of ≥0.45 and ≤5.0 mass%, and nitrogen content of ≥0.1 and ≤0.5 mass%. The pitting corrosion index of the martensitic stainless steel is 19.1 or more. When assuming that the chromium content, molybdenum content and nitrogen content in the martensitic stainless steel are %Cr, %Mo and %N, respectively, the pitting corrosion index is a value calculated by formula:%Cr+3.3×%Mo+16×%N.
