Thus, the speed of a blank per unit pitch of the machining tooth in a segment die 20 can be substantially equal to the blank speed per unit pitch of the machining tooth in the round die 10, preventing any slip in the blank in the first form rolling tooth profile surface 11 or the second form rolling tooth profile surface 21. As a result, any damage on a knurl can be prevented, and a beautiful knurled double-cut can be formed with high productivity.
