Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling die capable of maintaining high processing accuracy over a long period, by restraining damage of a processing tooth, in the present invention.SOLUTION: A rolling die of the present invention is the rolling die used for a flat die rolling method, and comprises a rolling tooth-shape surface for arranging a plurality of processing teeth along the rolling direction, and the rolling tooth-shape surface comprises a biting part for biting in an outer peripheral surface of a rolling object material and a finishing part for finishing the rolling object material in order from the starting end side in the rolling direction, and a grinding/polishing/cleaning area is provided on the starting end side in the rolling direction of the biting part, and an oil retention area having an oil retention structure on a surface, is provided in the rear in the roling direction of the grinding/polishing/cleaning area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
