In rolling equipment with the retract mandrel mill in which a mandrel mill and an extractor mill are arranged in series and which produces a tube of high chromium alloy steel, four or more stands are installed for the extractor mill so as to secure extracting force which is necessary for the stripping of a mandrel bar. The rolling method with the retract mandrel mill uses the rolling equipment.
