Abstract:
PURPOSE: To correspond to different sizes of a product through a single three- roll mill by providing plural couplings for connecting a drive shaft part and plural supporting carriages for setting a rolling central height after the rolling line of the moving destination.
CONSTITUTION: Plural couplings 15 connecting a device shaft part are furnished corresponding to the size of a connecting engagement part 14 of a moving destination to move and arrange a three-roll mill for sizing at the lowermost place of each of rough, intermediate, finishing rolling lines. Further, plural roll supporting carriages 12 are provided so that the rolling center of the there- roll mill body 11 aligned with the rolling center line of the moving destination. In this way, the three-roll mill body 11 can be changed easily to a two-roll mill body in a prescribed rolling line according to the size of the product to be rolled.
