To provide a roll-forming device which can be miniaturized without replacement of a roller die because of having two roller dies.SOLUTION: A roll-forming device 1 includes a first support member 41a, a first roller die 42a, a first rotation device 43a, a first pressing force imparting device 50a, a second support member 61a, a second roller die 62a, a second rotation device 63a, and a second pressing force imparting device 70a. The first-forming device 1 includes a rotation force transmission member 80a which connects a first rotary shaft member 43a1 rotationally driven by the first rotation device 43a and a second rotary shaft member 63a1 rotationally driven by the second rotation device 63a, and can mutually transmit rotational force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
