PURPOSE: To provide a rolling equipment by which a hot skin pass process is executed in a hot rolling line and improvement of bitting property and reduction of rolling load are made compatible.
CONSTITUTION: A warm rolling machine 13 is provided on the downstream side of a cooling table 12 on the outlet side of a line of hot rolling machines and a pinch roll 16 provided with an air reduction type large diameter roll 17 for preliminary pass is provided on the inlet side of the warm rolling machine 13. Thus, a material to be rolled is biten with the warm rolling machine 13 after engaging with the large diameter roll 17, improving biting property by enlarging the diameter of pinch roll 16 and rolling load is reduced by fixing the diameter of roll of warm rolling machine 13 to be small. Further, a floating carrying device 31 is provided between the pinch roll 16 and warm rolling machine 13, the material to be rolled 14 is held in a floating state and more surely biten with the warm rolling machine 13.
