Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce a slide as a whole, by setting up a groove or a concave part on more than one rolling surfaces among any of a rotary shaft, a bearing ring and a friction wheel. CONSTITUTION:Three pieces of grooves 10 are set up parallelly around a rolling surface 5 of a bearing ring 4, and ratios of a maximum contact surface pressure sigma1 between the rolling surface 5 of the bearing ring and a rolling surface 7 of a friction wheel 6 and a maximum contact surface pressure sigma2 between the rolling surface 7 of the friction wheel 6 and a rolling surface 3 of a first rotary shaft 2 are set to 1:0.75-1.33. When these ratios sigma1/sigma2 of the maximum contact surface come smaller than 0.75, a local slide between the rolling surface 5 of the bearing ring 4 being low in the sigma1 and the rolling surface 7 of the friction wheel 6 grow large so that the total slide also grows large. On the other hand, if these ratios sigma1/sigma2 come larger than 1.33, there is the possibility of producing seizure or binding or damage between the rolling surface 5 of the bearing ring being high in the sigma1 and the rolling surface 7 of the friction wheel.
