Abstract:
To provide a rolling mill that is capable of rolling at kilometer long and may be used in an ESP production line.SOLUTION: There is provided a rolling mill capable of rolling at kilometer long used for an ESP production line. The mill roll comprises rolls (3 and 4), a bearing box (2) and a hydraulic cylinder (1) for roll-shift. The rolls (3 and 4) include an upper roll (3) and a lower roll (4) and each end of each roll (3, 4) is connected to the bearing box (2). One end of each roll (3, 4) is connected to the hydraulic cylinder (1) for roll-shift. A middle portion of a surface of each roll (3, 4) sinks inward, and the one end of each roll (3, 4) is formed in a frustum shape which gradually becomes smaller as going toward the outside. The other end of each roll (3, 4) is formed in a cylindrical shape. The upper roll (3) and the lower roll (4) have the same roll profile and are positioned in opposite directions from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
