This mill consists of a roll unit B in which plural rolls are arranged and drive unit A for rotationally driving the roll unit B and the roll unit B and the drive unit A are attachable and detachable with connecting couplings 40. The inner housing 13 of the roll unit B has positioning parts 15 formed in four places on its outer periphery and the outer housing 3 of the drive unit A is an approximate ring shape and positioning parts 14 are formed in four places on its inner periphery. When the inner housing 13 is set into the outer housing 3, the housings are positioned in the radial direction of pass line with the positioning parts 14, 15 and, when the housings are joined with stoppers 16 and backing plates, they are positioned and restrained in the direction of the pass line.
