Abstract:
To solve the problem that lint drops out of a spherical cotton part of the conventional cotton swab and the dust of the size smaller than the diameter of a fiber, namely, the nano-sized dust of ≤1 μm can not be wiped off when the conventional cotton swab is used for cleaning industrial components, particularly, the components of a precision machine or those related to a semiconductor or optical communication equipment.
The cotton swab has the spherical cotton part, which is formed mainly from a fiber having the diameter of 0.01-1 μm, at least one end of the axis thereof.
