Abstract:
To provide a rolling round die that can be subjected to rolling processing more smoothly and accurately by further improving a known rolling die.SOLUTION: Dies which are placed around a workpiece and apply rolling processing to the workpiece are constituted of a plurality of dies: a first die 11, a second die 12, ... an (n)th die (where n≥2). Each die has a plurality of strips of processing teeth 15 arranged in a circumferential direction along a lengthwise direction of the die. When feed along the lengthwise direction of the die is applied to the workpiece, the workpiece is processed with an increasing depth processing on the workpiece in the order: the first plurality strips of processing teeth 15 in the first die 11, the second plurality strips of processing teeth 15 in the second die 12, ..., the (n)th plurality strips of processing teeth in the (n)th die, an (n+1)th plurality strips of processing teeth 15 in the first die, ...SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
