Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw rolling device capable of expanding a range of a rollable screw size, by expanding a range of a rotational speed of a rolling die.SOLUTION: A die rotary shaft 7 has a central hole, and a rolling die 8 is installed in an end part. The central hole of the die rotary shaft 7 communicates with a main hole of the rolling die 8. A die table 4 rotatably supports the die rotary shaft 7 around the axis. A rotary motor 5 generates driving force for driving the die rotary shaft 7. A feed mechanism 3 moves the die table 4 in the axial direction of the die rotary shaft 7. The die rotary shaft 7 is driven by the rotary motor 5 via a transmission mechanism 6 capable of varying a rotational speed. A screw rolling device 100 expands in a range of a rollable screw size by expanding a range of the rotational speed of the rolling die 8 for rotating together with the die rotary shaft 7 since the die rotary shaft 7 becomes variable in the rotational speed by the transmission mechanism 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
