Abstract:
To provide a rolling solution purifier capable of efficiently removing a foreign substance, bacteria or the like contained in rolling solution circulated and used in a temper rolling stage or the like.
The centrifugal separator 3 for separating recovered rolling solution into a foreign substance and liquid phase is mounted in a dirty tank 1 for recovering rolling solution. The purifier is provided with a filter 10 supporting antimicrobial agents on the outlet side of piping 5 for returning to the dirty tank 1 the liquid phase separated with the centrifugal separator 3, and a showering device 11 for defoaming. The filter 10 is formed by supporting an inorganic silver-based antibacterial agent on a porous ceramic body.
