Abstract:
To provide a low noise vehicle body easy to build.
In a rolling stock having the vehicle body loaded on a bogie via space or a rolling stock having a sub-frame loaded with the vehicle body via space loaded on the bogie via space, the bogie and the sub-frame or the vehicle body are connected by a center pin 70 perpendicular to the vehicle body. The center pin 70 is provided movably in at least a horizontal direction on the vehicle body or the sub-frame via annular shock absorbing rubbers 71, 72. The shock absorbing rubber is annular in a view from a vertical direction and one of the annular rubbers 71 is provided on an upper part of the center pin and another is provided on a lower part.
