Abstract:
To aim at better efficiency in outfitting work in the case of manufacturing a rolling stock by easily carrying united fittings into the vehicle inside and facilitating mounting work thereof.
In a rolling stock built up with a stand frame 2, a roof structure 4, a pair of side structures 3 and gable end structures 5a, 5b, an opening part larger than a through passage 6 is constituted at the longitudinal end part of a vehicle body 1 so as to carrying inter-vehicle fittings into the vehicle from the opening part to make their installation work. In addition, the opening part is provided with a through passage and also so constructed as being blocked by means of a gable end blocking member, namely the gable end structure 5a.
