Abstract:
To provide a rolling tool for internal gear which can suppress the generation of excess thickness on a tooth surface of a workpiece in the rolling processing and support various tooth widths, and a rolling processing method of a gear using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a rolling tool 10 for gear processing in which plural teeth 11 are annularly arranged around a rotational shaft O10. On a cross section in parallel with the rotational shaft O10, a tooth tip surface 12 of a tooth 11 is formed of a parallel part 12B formed in parallel with the rotational shaft O10 and taper parts 12A, 12C which are inclined at a prescribed angle with respect to the rotational shaft O10. In this case, the parallel part 12B and the taper parts 12A, 12C are continuously formed over the tooth width direction of the tooth 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
