Abstract:
To provide a rolling tool capable of restraining frictional resistance between a pedestal and a die when the die rotates.SOLUTION: A groove 12a is recessed in a seat surface 12 of a pedestal 10. The groove 12a is a recessed groove with a semicircular cross-section and is formed in an annular ring shape concentric with the central axis of the seat surface 12. Thus, with a rolling tool 1, a contact area between the seat surface 12 of the pedestal 10 and an axial end surface of a die 30 can be reduced by an amount of recess of the groove 12a and lubrication oil held in the groove 12a can be supplied between the pedestal 10 (the seat surface 12) and the die 30 (an axial end surface). Accordingly, frictional resistance between the pedestal 10 (the seat surface 12) and the die 30 (the axial end surface) can be restrained when the die 30 rotates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
