PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoglobulin binding polypeptide that specifically binds to human RON.SOLUTION: This disclosure provides immunoglobulin binding molecules that specifically bind to human macrophage stimulating receptor (MST1R, also referred to herein as recepteur d'origine Nantaise or RON), including antibodies and monospecific and multispecific single chain binding proteins having one or more other domains, such as one or more antibody constant region domains. Also provided are applications of such binding proteins to treatment such as treatment of cancer and inflammatory disorders.
