Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make an attic formed by panel construction method usable as a living space.
CONSTITUTION: Beams 3, butting against each other and to be connected with each other, are supported at lower parts of their ends with joint plates 6 attached to the upper end of a column 4 or the upper parts of external wall panels 5. The lower parts of a roof frame part erected in a truss shape following the slope of the roof are connected with the joint plates 6 attached to the upper parts of the external wall panels 5, and the front ends of the beams 3 are also connected to the joint plates 6 connecting the roof frame members 1.
