Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a handling function and workability by molding a plurality of tile constituent parts integrally.
SOLUTION: A constituent body formed out of a plurality of tile constituent pieces 11-1 to 11-7 is formed into integrated upper and lower layers via a step part 13 formed along the breadthwise direction. In addition, a lower constituent body 12-1 is equally provided with a plurality of thick bottomed grooves 14-1 and 14-2 along the longitudinal direction orthogonal with the breadthwise direction, thereby forming a plurality of the tile constituent pieces 11-1 to 11-3. On the other hand, an upper constituent body 12-2 is equally provided with bottomed grooves 14-3 to 14-5 by one larger than the number of the pieces of the lower constituent body 12-1 in the longitudinal direction, so as to be positioned at the breadthwise center of the pieces 11-1 to 11-3. A plurality of the tile constituent pieces 11-4 to 11-7 are thereby formed, and the integrated upper and lower layers are formed to be approximately square.
