This roof panel 1 with the roof material constituting the roof of a building is provided with a protective film 7 for protecting an adhesive face 6a of a sealing material 6 on a rear surface of the roof material 4 and being peeled off from the adhesive face 6a, on the adhesive face 6a of the sealing material 6 on the rear surface of the roof material 4 at an upper step overlapped on the roof material for joint positioned at a lower step among the roof materials 4 facing a joint region T. Consequently, the roof material facing the joint region is prevented from adhering with an upper face of a side end part of a panel body before constructing the roof, unlike a conventional construction method.
