PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure and a construction method thereof, having a resin coating plated steel sheet excellent in corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: Adjacent two coating plated steel sheets 14 juxtaposed in a plurality of sheets in the width direction, comprise a belt-like polyvinyl chloride coating plated steel sheet 14 for forming a superposition part of mutual edge parts, a curing tape 17 for covering the edge part of the upper side coating plated steel sheet in the superposition part and a polyvinyl chloride lamination tape 15 having the edge part for covering the superposition part and the curing tape and extended to both sides in the width direction from the superposition part, and the coating plated steel sheet 14 comprises a fusion plated layer 142 including zinc, aluminum of 6% and magnesium of 3% and a polyvinyl chloride layer baked-coated on a surface, and the polyvinyl chloride lamination tape comprises a polyvinyl chloride layer impregnated into and laminated on a cloth base material, and comprises a heat fusion part 16 for thermally fusing a mutual polyvinyl chloride layer between an edge part of the polyvinyl chloride lamination tape and the coating plated steel plate just under it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
