Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the imposition of setback regulation in a roof structure where a flat roof surface is arranged by providing the roof structure which does not increase manufacturing cost in a penthouse unit arranged as a doorway when the flat roof surface is used as a walking roof surface.
SOLUTION: In a roof structure of a unit type building, both an inclined roof surface 105 and a flat roof surface 104 are formed are formed in an upper part of a building main body 103. A penthouse unit 10 having an opening part 15 to go in and out of the housetop is joined to an upper part of a adapter unit 40 which forms a flat roof surface 104 and has an opening part to communicate with ascending-descending stairs 121 so that a position can be changed.
