A roof waterproof sheet 32 is provided on the anchor bolt fastener 41 and the roof heat insulator 25. The anchor bolt fastener 41 is provided with a stationary plate 44 that forms an upper surface of the anchor bolt fastener 41. The stationary plate 44 has a bolt insertion hole 49. An anchor bolt 42 has a bolt flange portion 61 radially protruding outward from the outer periphery of the anchor bolt 42. The anchor bolt 42 is inserted through the roof waterproof sheet 32 which faces the stationary plate 44, and further inserted into the bolt insertion hole 49 so as to be screwed with the anchor bolt fastener 41.
