To improve a fire resisting and sound insulating properties and increase the mounting strength of a roof tile material by laminating a panel made of a material mainly composed of an inorganic material and plywood.
A panel 2 such as a wooden grain cement slab 2a made of a material mainly composed of an inorganic material, and plywood are laminated via polymer cement 7, thereby forming a roof substrate 1. The polymer cement 7 is formed out of Portland cement, a water soluble resin and fine resisting material. Also, the roof substrate 1 is laid on a framework 6 of section steel and many roof tile materials 8 such as slate roofing tiles are arranged on the upper surface of the substrate 1. Then, roof nails are driven into the roof substrate 1 through the roof tile materials 8. According to this construction, a fire resisting and sound insulating properties can be improved, and mounting strength can be increased.
