PURPOSE: To prevent a joiner from being forgotten to be inserted and improve the waterproofness of a roof by removably providing the drip joiner at the position where the connection between the hook protruded stripe and the latch section of roof tiles can be prevented, and arranging a drain section at a ridge side end section.
CONSTITUTION: A drip joiner 12 provided in the storage groove 11 of a roof tile 1 is removed, and its hook section 16 is hooked on the hook protruded strip 5 of the already installed roof tile 1 to set the drip joiner 12. The joint section 13 of the right and left adjacent roof tiles 1 is received from below by the drip joiner 12, both roof tiles 1 are connected to one roof tile 1 on the eaves side roof tile 1, then seal nails 23 are driven at a water flow section 8, and the roof tiles 1 are fixed to a sheathing roof board 20. The water 24 received by the drip joiner 12 from the joint section 13 and the drain section 18 of the roof tile 1 is drained to the outside from between the hook section 16 of the joiner 12 and the latch section 9 of the roof tile 1. The drip joiner 12 is never forgotten to be inserted, and the waterproofness of the roof of a building can be improved.
