Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof tile for solar battery module capable of preventing an electric shortage from occurring at a connection part between a terminal box and a cable without allowing rain water to be led to the connection part even if rain water invades into a terminal box storage recessed part. SOLUTION: This roof tile for solar battery module comprises a tile body 1, a recessed part 2 for storing a solar battery module 6 which is provided in the tile body 1 and has a terminal box 7 on the rear surface thereof, and a terminal box storage recessed part 3 installed in the bottom part of the recessed part 2 and storing the terminal box 7. A cable leading part 3a is provided in a side wall 3b positioned on a ridge side when the tile body 1 is laid down on a roof. Output leading cables 8a and 8b connected to the terminal box 7 are extracted from the cable leading part 3a to the ridge side.
