To simplify a configuration of a roof ventilating member and also to facilitate its forming work.
The roof 1 is provided with an upper- and a lower-plate members 20, 21 made of a resin and facing to each other at a little space between and a resin-made wall member 23 integrally formed with the upper- and the lower-plate members 20, 21 wherein a plurality of ventilating passages 22 are formed in such a way as to extend in parallel with each other for separating the space between the upper- and the lower-plate members 20, 21. Each ventilating passage 22 is connected through from the inside IN to the outside OUT of the roof 1. A portion of the upper-plate member 20 is bent at a part 19a of the roof ventilating member 19 in the longitudinal direction of the ventilating passage 22 while a ventilating inlet 27 capable of flowing the air 26 from inside IN of the roof 1 into each ventilating passage 22 is formed in a portion of the lower-plate member 21 at a part 19a of the roof ventilating member 19.
