PURPOSE: To provide the room entrance and exit management system capable of easily and preferentially displaying a decision result from a passage control part without waiting as in the conventional system even if the decision result shows abnormality, speedily confirming the contents of emergency information even if the number of passage control parts increases, and increasing the performance and security of the system.

CONSTITUTION: The passage control parts 11-1n read room entrance/exit condition information out of individual certification cards, decide whether or not the persons can enter the room on the basis of the read room entrance/exit condition information, and control the electric locks of passage doors on the basis of the decision results and also send the decision results to a host device 4. The host device 4 receives the respective decision results from the passage control parts 11-1n, stores them in a display wait memory in order, one by one, and displays the received decision result in the order of the storage. If a received decision result shows abnormality, the decision result is stored at the head of the sequence of the respective decision results in the display wait memory by interruption.
