PURPOSE: To enable athletic bathing under environmental conditions setting a height, air temperature and water temperature to fixed place and season by generating a fixed water current while keeping an environmental room in fixed pressure reduced state and arbitrarily setting a room temperature and a bathing temperature. CONSTITUTION: When performing the athletic bathing while estimating the environmental conditions on July 5th at Tokyo, for example, when the average air temperature is 27.8 deg.C, the room temperature is set equally with 27.8 deg.C while using a cooler/warmer 3, the bathing temperature is set at 25 deg.C while using a heater 8 and a heat exchanger 7, bathing water is circulated by operating a circulation filter 6, and a jet stream with ultrasonic waves is generated by a jet stream ultrasonic wave generator 5. The jet stream load is set to 0.8m/sec as flowing speed by a flowing speed control valve 18, an athletic bathing person gets in an athletic bathroom, the degree of pressure reduction is set to '0' since outer atmospheric pressure is 1 atmosphere, and walking, stretching exercise or underwater exercise is performed. Next, when performing the athletic bathing in Tokyo while estimating the environmental conditions on the same day in Karuizawa, since the height is about 1,000m, the degree of pressure reduction is set to 1,000mmaq, the athletic bathing person provides the set pressure reduced state by depressing a switch for power source, walking, stretching exercise or underwater exercise is performed.
