PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature-curable polyorganosiloxane composition quick in curing speed, good in deep part curability and forming a cured article excellent in water immersion durability.SOLUTION: A room temperature-curable polyorganosiloxane composition contains (A) 100 pts.mass of polyorganosiloxane of which a molecular terminal is sealed by a hydroxyl group and which has viscosity (23°C) of 20 to 1,000,000 mPa s, (B) 1 to 400 pts.mass of a filler, (C) 1 to 10 pts.mass of a silane compound having 3 or more alkoxy groups in a molecule and/or a partial hydrolysis condensate thereof, (D) 0.001 to 10 pts.mass of a tin-based curing catalyst, and (E) 0.1 to 1.2 pts.wt. of a nitrogen-containing organic silicon compound having 2 or more aminoxy groups binding to a silicon atom as average in a molecule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
