Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a rope dodger having a simple structure and capable of keeping the arrangement position relative to the boat body to a prescribed position.
CONSTITUTION: This rope dodger involves a pair of arc-shaped guide rail members 6 parallelly arranged at a prescribed position of the boat body 4 so as to face to each other and an almost arrow wheel-shaped wheel member 7 composed of plural radially arranged projection teeth 17 and rotatable engagement rollers 19 and 20 formed at both the end parts of a joint shaft 14. The wheel member 7 is rotatably supported through the engagement rollers 19 and 20 in an idle state to the guide rail member 6.
