Abstract:
To enhance the safety of a worker without imposing a burden on the worker.SOLUTION: Information stored in IC chips 114, 115 provided in an 8-shaped ring 111 and a D ring 112 on which a hook 109 of a lanyard 107 is looped is read by an interrogator 203 included in the hook 109. Also, an altitude determination circuit 207 detects the height of a safety belt 101 from the ground. A rope-less monitoring device determines whether to be in a rope-less state when the safety belt 101 is at height being equal to or more than a prescribed threshold (for example, two meters or more) on the basis of a read result by the interrogator 203 and the height of the safety belt 101 from the ground, and notifies the determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
