To simplify a constitution of a rope-trolley type unloader using a rope-trolley system and facilitate maintenance of the rope-trolley type unloader.
The rope-trolley type unloader has: a first hoisting rope 19 which is let out of a first hoisting drum 16 arranged on a girder 5 and which is fixed to a grab bucket 53 while interposing a first sheave 20, that is arranged on a trolley 7, between them; a second hoisting rope 21 which is let out of a second hoisting drum 17 arranged on the girder 5 and which is fixed to the grab bucket 53 while interposing a tip sheave 22, that is arranged at the tip of a boom 6, and a second sheave 23, that is arranged on the trolley 7, between them; a hook block 25 to which both ends of a driving rope 24 trained about both of a lower movable sheave 60 and an upper fixed sheave 61, both of which are arranged on the grab bucket 53, are fixed; and an opening/closing rope 26 which is let out of an opening/closing drum 18 arranged on the girder 5, which is trained about an intermediate sheave 28 arranged on the hook block 25 while interposing a third sheave 27, that is arranged on the trolley 7, between them and which is fixed to the tip of the boom 6 while interposing a fourth sheave 27', that has the same shaft as that of the third sheave 27, between them.
