Abstract:
To provide a rotary anode X-ray tube device having high mechanical strength and a low manufacturing cost, wherein generation of vibration is suppressed.
This rotary anode X-ray tube device is equipped with a X-ray tube 15 formed by disposing a rotatably supported anode target 17 in a vacuum vessel 16, a storage vessel 11 to store the X-ray tube 15, and a holding member to fix the X-ray tube 15 to the storage vessel 11. At least a portion between the first fixing part of a first holding member 29 for fixing the X-ray tube 15 and the second fixing part of a second holding member 30 fixed to the storage vessel 11, which is the second holding member 30 for example, is formed of a polyamide resin.
